Matt Goeglein

Senior Sales Executive · Fidelity National Title

Matt has spent more than 37 years in the title insurance industry, primarily on the Westside and in the South Bay. He has dedicated his career to supporting top-producing Realtors in closing thousands of real estate transactions — bringing knowledge, efficiency, and a comprehensive understanding of the escrow and title process to every deal.

Matt believes in being readily available for his clients, making sure they feel supported at every step. Agents who work with Matt know they're getting a partner who picks up the phone, reads the prelim with them, and stays in the file from open to close.

Off the clock

Matt has called El Segundo home for 27 years and has lived there since he was three. Each day begins with a 4 AM walk along the beach with his dog, Gunner. He has been married to his wife, Debbie, for nearly 35 years, and they are the proud parents of three grown children and grandparents to three. When he's not working or with family, you'll find him fly fishing for rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout across the Southwest.

Xavier specializes in Fidelity's full suite of tools — detailed data insights, farming, and property profiles — that help agents save time, generate leads, and close more deals. His personal values of integrity, community, and excellent customer service guide everything he does.

Off the clock

Xavier is married to his wife, Rene, and they share their home with their dog, Aubrey. He's proud to serve the Westside and South Bay real estate community, combining deep market knowledge with a genuine passion for seeing his clients succeed.
