Fidelity Passport: property profiles and farming, explained

Fidelity's flagship profile and farming system, updated daily, with Premium filters for demographics, lender data, and foreclosures.

What does Fidelity Passport do?

  • The industry's leading profile and farming system
  • Updated daily, so the data you pull is current
  • Nationwide coverage — not just Southern California
  • Passport Premium filters by demographics and lender information
  • Foreclosure filtering for distressed-property prospecting
  • Export farms for mail, door knocking, and CRM import

How do I use Fidelity Passport?

  1. 1Ask Matt or Xavi for a Passport login — there is no charge for agents we support.
  2. 2Sign in at fidelitypassport.com and set your default county to Los Angeles.
  3. 3Search by address, APN, or owner name to pull a full property profile.
  4. 4Switch to the farm builder and draw a radius, subdivision, or ZIP boundary.

Who should use Passport instead of a farm request?

Use Passport when you want to pull data yourself at 9 p.m. the night before a listing appointment. Use our farm desk when you want a clean, deduplicated mailing list delivered ready to print. Most of our top agents do both — Passport for one-off research, our Farm Department for the monthly mail drop.

Fidelity Passport FAQ

How much does Fidelity Passport cost?
There is no software charge for agents supported by Team Goeglein. Call Matt at 310-293-0784 or Xavi at 562-217-9933 and we'll set up your login.
How often is Fidelity Passport data updated?
Passport is updated daily, so ownership, sales, and loan data reflect recent recordings rather than a stale monthly snapshot.
What does Passport Premium add?
Premium filters data by demographics, lender information, foreclosures, and other life-event and equity criteria so you can target a farm rather than mail an entire tract.
Can I pull property profiles outside California?
Yes. Passport carries nationwide data, which is useful for out-of-area buyers, relocation clients, and investor portfolios.
What if I just want the profile without logging in?
Send the address to Matt at 310-293-0784 or Xavi at 562-217-9933, or use our Request a Profile form, and we'll email it back the same business day.
