Who should use Passport instead of a farm request?
Use Passport when you want to pull data yourself at 9 p.m. the night before a listing appointment. Use our farm desk when you want a clean, deduplicated mailing list delivered ready to print. Most of our top agents do both — Passport for one-off research, our Farm Department for the monthly mail drop.
Team Goeglein sets agents up with this tool across the South Bay and Westside of Los Angeles — Manhattan Beach (90266), Hermosa Beach (90254), Redondo Beach (90277/90278), El Segundo (90245), Torrance (90503–90505), Palos Verdes (90274/90275), Culver City (90230/90232), Playa Vista (90094), Mar Vista, Venice (90291), Santa Monica (90401–90405), and Westchester (90045).
Fidelity Passport FAQ
- How much does Fidelity Passport cost?
- There is no software charge for agents supported by Team Goeglein. Call Matt at 310-293-0784 or Xavi at 562-217-9933 and we'll set up your login.
- How often is Fidelity Passport data updated?
- Passport is updated daily, so ownership, sales, and loan data reflect recent recordings rather than a stale monthly snapshot.
- What does Passport Premium add?
- Premium filters data by demographics, lender information, foreclosures, and other life-event and equity criteria so you can target a farm rather than mail an entire tract.
