- 3Save the farm; Total Farm re-checks it twice a month and folds in recent sales.
- 4Split it into Micro Farms — for example, the four streets closest to your last sale.
- 5Write a different message per Micro Farm: just-sold for one, equity report for another.
- 6Add Premium Farm leads when you want life-event targeting layered on top of geography.
