How do I use Fidelity Total Farm?

  1. 1Call Matt or Xavi and describe the farm you want — tract, ZIP, school boundary, or price band.
  2. 2Log into fidelitytotalfarm.com and draw the boundary on the map.
  3. 3Save the farm; Total Farm re-checks it twice a month and folds in recent sales.
  4. 4Split it into Micro Farms — for example, the four streets closest to your last sale.
  5. 5Write a different message per Micro Farm: just-sold for one, equity report for another.
  6. 6Add Premium Farm leads when you want life-event targeting layered on top of geography.

How big should a South Bay farm be?

For a South Bay or Westside farm, 300 to 500 homes is the range most of our consistent agents settle on — small enough to mail monthly without flinching at the cost, large enough that normal turnover produces listings. Micro Farms then let you speak to 40 homes around a sale instead of blasting all 500 with the same postcard.

Fidelity Total Farm FAQ

How often does Fidelity Total Farm update?
Farms update automatically twice a month with recent sales, so your list reflects new ownership without a manual re-pull.
What is a Micro Farm?
A Micro Farm is a smaller slice of your main farm — a street or block — so you can market a specific message to a specific group instead of one message to the whole area.
What are Premium Farms?
Premium Farms let you purchase leads of homeowners experiencing life-changing events, layering timing signals on top of your geographic farm.
Can I use Total Farm on my phone?
Yes. Total Farm Mobile gives you access to your existing farm, lets you create a farm, pull property profiles, synchronize data, and run a walking farm.
Can Team Goeglein just build the farm for me?
Yes. Send us the area and criteria through the Request a Farm form and our Farm Department turns it around in about one business day.
