  • Light and Pro versions; Pro adds calculators and marketing materials
  • Works on phone, tablet, and computer with shareable PDFs

How do I use FidelityAgent ONE?

  1. 1Install FidelityAgent ONE from your phone's app store, or open fidelityagent.com on desktop.
  2. 2Ask Matt or Xavi to attach your account to Team Goeglein so your branding and our contact info appear on every sheet.
  3. 3Choose Seller Net Sheet or Buyer Estimate and enter the sales price and loan terms.
  4. 4Set the county to Los Angeles so transfer tax and recording fees calculate correctly.
  5. 5Add city transfer tax where it applies — Santa Monica, Culver City, and the City of Los Angeles all have their own.
  6. 6Generate the PDF and send it from the app during the appointment, not after.
CalculatorUse it when
Seller Net SheetListing presentation, price reduction, evaluating an offer
Buyer EstimateWriting an offer and showing funds to close
Monthly AffordabilityBuyer knows their payment, not their price
Sell to NetSeller has a number they must walk away with
Rent vs. BuyFence-sitting buyer comparing to a current lease
Multi-Offer ComparisonMultiple offers on the table in a listing appointment

Get the city transfer tax right

Los Angeles County charges a documentary transfer tax, and several cities add their own on top. Santa Monica, Culver City, and the City of Los Angeles (including the Measure ULA brackets) all change the seller's bottom line materially. If you are unsure which applies to a parcel, run it through the Transfer Tax Calculator or call us before you present the number.

FidelityAgent ONE FAQ

What is the difference between FidelityAgent ONE Light and Pro?
Light covers buyer cost and seller net sheets. Pro adds additional calculators and marketing materials. Both are available to agents we support.
Can I run a net sheet on my phone during a listing appointment?
Yes — that is the point of the app. Generate the seller net sheet on your phone or tablet and email the PDF before you leave the kitchen table.
Does it include Los Angeles city transfer tax?
Set the correct county and city and the app calculates county documentary transfer tax plus applicable city tax. For unusual parcels, verify with the Transfer Tax Calculator.
Can the net sheet carry my branding?
Yes. Ask Matt or Xavi to set up your profile so your photo and contact information appear alongside Fidelity National Title's.
Is FidelityAgent ONE free?
There is no charge for agents supported by Team Goeglein.
